Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Full Stack Azure Chatbot Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying interactive AI-driven chatbot solutions using Microsoft Azure services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining chatbot solutions using Microsoft Azure Bot Services, ensuring seamless integration with Azure Cognitive Services and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement chatbot applications that align with business objectives, leveraging your expertise in chatbot frameworks, such as Bot Framework SDK or other relevant frameworks.
• Optimizing chatbot performance to ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and user-friendly experiences, utilizing your skills in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Monitoring chatbot interactions and gathering insights to drive continuous improvement in bot capabilities, applying your problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.
• Creating and maintaining documentation on chatbot development processes and best practices, ensuring that knowledge is shared and accessible across the team.
• Ensuring the chatbot's scalability and maintainability, following Azure's best practices and guidelines for cloud-based technologies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience in chatbot development and deployment, specifically within Azure environments, with a strong understanding of Azure Bot Services and familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services, including LUIS and QnA Maker.
• Experience with chatbot frameworks, such as Bot Framework SDK or other relevant frameworks, and proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services with chatbots, with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment, with a flexible schedule that allows for 15-20 hours of work per week.
• Previous experience with cloud-based technologies and AI/ML solutions is a plus, but not required.
