Responsibilities

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our product and/or service. This may involve answering questions, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance on how to use our services.
  • Documenting Call-Related Information: Accurately document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. This will help us to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our services are meeting the needs of our customers.

Essential Qualifications
