Key Responsibilities

As a Food Administration Group Pioneer at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Sales Growth: Develop and execute daily/weekly plans to achieve sales objectives and customer engagement goals. This will involve analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Leading a Team: Manage a team of hourly colleagues, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Food and Beverage Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department, including inventory management, stock accuracy, sanitation, and special ordering processes.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a culture of customer obsession, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Store Operations, Logistics, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of business plans and initiatives.

A Typical Day
