Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Booking and Reservation Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Recognizing and escalating critical issues to ensure timely resolution
• Responding to messages and emails in a prompt and courteous manner
• Screening flights and making recommendations to clients
