About the Role

As an IT Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in defining and delivering the perfect customer experience. You'll lead a team of technical professionals, managing local and remote resources to ensure seamless support for Amazon employees worldwide. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and leveraging our knowledge base to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues, identifying opportunities for automation, documentation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage local and/or remote resources to deliver high-quality IT support services to Amazon employees worldwide

• Collaborate with the global organization to define and deliver the perfect customer experience
• Develop and leverage our knowledge base to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues
• Identify opportunities for automation, documentation, and process improvement to reduce requests and improve efficiency
• Set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management across the organization
• Guide the team with metrics and goals that clearly measure their success

Essential Qualifications:

* 5 years of experience developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations

• 2 years of experience leading technology teams as an IT Operations Manager
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional or military experience
• Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a cloud-based environment

• Familiarity with AWS services and tools
• Strong leadership and management skills
