Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Amazon Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Listing Optimization: Create and optimize Amazon listings to improve visibility, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. This will involve researching and implementing effective keywords, descriptions, and product images to ensure listings meet Amazon's requirements.
  • PPC Campaigns: Develop and manage PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic to Amazon listings, increasing sales and revenue for arenaflex clients.
  • A+ Content Creation: Design and create high-quality A+ content to showcase products, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales.
  • FBA Shipment and Inventory Management: Ensure seamless FBA shipment and inventory management, including tracking and monitoring inventory levels, processing returns, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Image Optimization: Optimize product images to improve visibility, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Part-Time Amazon Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
