Job Summary

As a part-time remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything you do. You'll work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately, and that our customers receive their products on time.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and put away inventory in a timely and efficient manner

• Get customer orders ready and pack them up for shipment
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring that orders are accurately labeled and packaged
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and managed
• View prompts on screens and follow the direction for some tasks, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and accurately
• Troubleshoot problems that may arise during the order processing and fulfillment process
• Ensure that product meets quality requirements, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products
• Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification are provided free of cost)

Requirements

* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds

• Ability to push utility carts up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Ability to work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Ability to adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

• Surroundings: You'll be working around moving machines - order pickers, stand-up forklifts, turret trucks, and mobile carts.

• Temperature: Even with climate controls, temperatures can vary between 60 F and 90 F in some parts of the warehouse; on hot days, temperatures can be over 90 F in the truck yard or inside trailers.
