Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your duties will include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions they may have, providing personalized support and solutions
- Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Utilizing technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries, ensuring that all packages are accurately received and processed
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Physical Demands: You will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability: You will be required to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week.
