Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in creating raving fans for our brand every single day. You'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, providing personalized support and solutions to their queries. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide personalized support and solutions to customer queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a live chat or phone support environment

  • Knowledge of lighting solutions and products
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00/hour, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period

  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
  • Flexible full-time schedules available during our customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday
