Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Interacting with hundreds of callers daily
, using active listening and critical thinking skills to resolve a wide array of customer service inquiries.
Actively resolving complaints and concerns
, investigating billing and fraudulent activity concerns, and processing account requests.
Providing guidance on product features and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
, using screen sharing to resolve technical issues as needed.
Coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
, researching articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries.
Properly documenting notes and summarizing conversation details
, openly accepting feedback, coaching, and training to further develop your skills.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Bilingual proficiency in French and English
, with the ability to articulate your thoughts clearly and concisely in both languages.
A High School Diploma or GED
, with a strong working knowledge of technology and digital literacy.
Hardwired home internet with a download speed of at least 40 mbps
, and familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
