Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at our Amazon Locker+ retail locations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will work closely with our customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, while also ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and organized. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery

• Assist customers with questions they may have, while also resolving any issues or concerns they may have
• Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols
• Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
• Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receive truck deliveries and ensure that all packages are properly stored and processed

Physical Requirements

* Perform physical labor including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week

• Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.
