Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing data pipelines to support business intelligence, advanced analytics, and data services. You'll work closely with our data architects, data scientists, and business intelligence architects to create scalable and efficient data solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data warehouses.
- Collaborate with data architects to design and implement data models, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools, such as Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS.
- Work with cloud-based technologies, such as Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports using business intelligence tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics.
- Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for data engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data solutions to meet those needs.
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS.
- 3+ years of experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as ADLS, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
- Broad experience working with various data sources, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data warehouses.
- High-level SQL skills and strong understanding of data modeling concepts.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
* BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Azure certifications.
- Experience executing data integration strategies, such as event/message-based integration (Kafka, Azure Event Hub).
- Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
- Experience conveying data solutions through agile software development processes.
- Familiarity with SAP integration tools, including SAP BW.
- Experience with UC4 Job Scheduler.
