Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies and driving patient well-being results. You will execute patient intervention pharmacy programs and ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You will also be accountable for executing against identified partner established pharmacy programs, driving pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost repayments while improving patient well-being results. You will work remotely and handle prescription processing from a remote setting. You will cultivate strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned regions and serve as a representative and contact of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, drug treatment management programs, vaccination services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical projects

  • Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met
  • Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and executing changes
  • Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines
  • Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives
  • Execute and implement patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance
  • Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs)
  • Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership
  • Support staff training experiences and career development opportunities
  • Advance cooperation and inspire pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organization strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Conduct data and clinical audits and make vital decisions to ensure accuracy and propriety of prescriptions
  • Review patient records and profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment
  • Provide individualized patient/provider discussion
  • Through the use of exceptional interpersonal skills, win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy issues
  • Provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients as the value of individual consultations
  • Responsible for all inquiries, discussions, and responses that relate directly to patient treatment
  • Provide clinical advice and information to patients, physicians, and payers as necessary
  • Perform other work consistent with the job duties in this record as assigned by management
  • Observes rules and procedures for all job duties to meet objectives
  • Complies with organization policies and procedures, including all HIPAA rules/guidelines
  • Ensures compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations

Essential Capabilities

* Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority

  • Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Able to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates
  • Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, contingent upon oneself to complete goals and it is necessary to determine when escalating issues
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Able to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

Preferred Capabilities

* Willingness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary

  • Knowledge of insurance plans
  • Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets)
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show)
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review pane, or printing capabilities)
