What You'll Do in This Role
As a Chat Support Advisor, you will:
- Provide customer support via the Internet, helping customers resolve technical financial issues and correcting billing concerns.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring every interaction is a positive one.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple conversations and tasks with ease.
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Customer-focused resolution skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is a plus.
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
