Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing solutions to simplify their health care experience, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance priorities in and outside of work.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Provide solutions to help members better understand their coverage and options * Take inbound calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Utilize knowledge and skills to resolve member issues and concerns * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on health care policies and procedures

Requirements

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications * High School Diploma or equivalent * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills * Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Experience working in a health care environment or related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits
