Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of programs, providing virtual customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers, using your creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide sound solutions.
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing high-level customer service, while documenting details of all calls and customer interactions.
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously, using your computer skills to navigate and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Providing a high level of customer service, empathizing with difficult callers, and remaining patient and professional in all interactions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple tabs, windows, and systems simultaneously.
  • Basic typing skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations, but you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, based on your performance and the programs you choose to work on. Our programs offer a range of pay structures, including performance-based pay and other incentives. You'll also have access to a range of perks and benefits, including:

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background and credit check.
  • Pay a $45 processing fee, paid directly to our vendor.
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement.
  • Complete a W9 form.
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program.

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details and will be discussed with you during the onboarding process.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks. You'll be able to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the opportunity to earn a higher income based on your performance.
