Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a diverse range of customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Delivering a memorable and delightful experience, every time
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Location Requirements
* Must live in the United States
- Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings
- For this role, applicants must reside in one (1) of the following States: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming
Qualifications
* Flexible to the needs of the business, with a willingness to adapt and grow
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 18 years of age, with a strong desire to learn and succeed
Equipment and Internet Requirements
* Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
- Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
- A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
- Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
- Desk and an ergonomic chair, to ensure your comfort and productivity
