Job Summary
As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our Technical Outreach teams to identify and deliver the growth of our cloud solutions to our clients. You'll assist prospective clients and partners in understanding the power of our cloud platform, explaining technical features, helping clients design solutions, participating in proof-of-concepts, and investigating potential roadblocks. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer support and ensure that our clients achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet assembled needs.
- Lead technical projects, technology support, support bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets.
- Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform by utilizing whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents.
- Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud Platform effectiveness.
- Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a specialized technical engineer in a distributed computing environment or a client-facing role.
- Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking.
- Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status.
- Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms.
- Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies.
- Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques.
- Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT technology space.
