Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding Customer Inquiries: You'll be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns from customers.
- Connecting with Customers: You'll connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly Resolving Issues: You'll calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
- Escalating Interactions: You'll escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Responding to Requests: You'll respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- Tracking Call Information: You'll track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing Feedback: You'll provide feedback on call issues.
- Meeting Sales Objectives: You'll meet sales objectives as defined.
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish/English: You'll need to be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Customer Service Experience: You'll need at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Age: You'll need to be at least 18 years old.
- Typing Speed: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
- High School Graduate or GED: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort with Desktop Computer System: You'll need to be comfortable using a desktop computer system.
- Proven Communication Skills: You'll need to have proven oral and written communication skills.
- Call Center Experience: 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
- Logical Problem-Solving Skills: You'll need to have logical problem-solving skills.
- Availability: You'll need to be available to work various shifts.
- Windows Operating System: You'll need to be able to use Windows operating systems.
- Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: You'll need to have organization and work prioritization skills.
- Sales Experience: You'll need at least 6 months of sales experience.
- Independence: You'll need to be able to work independently.
- Constantly Changing Environment: You'll need to be able to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
- Composure and Objectivity: You'll need to be able to stay composed and objective.
- Strong Listening Skills: You'll need to have strong listening skills.
- Superior Negotiating Skills: You'll need to have superior negotiating skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet Requirements: You'll need to have a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps.
- ISP Requirements: Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Internet Connection: Your internet connection cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
- Proof of Internet Speed: You'll need to provide proof of your internet speed.
- Clean and Quiet Workspace: You'll need to have a clean and quiet workspace.
