Job Summary
As a Digital Solutions Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our digital channels. You'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support and guidance to our internal and external customers. Your expertise will help us navigate the complexities of our digital transformation journey, ensuring seamless interactions and outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and processes to offer expert guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide web-based and in-person training to customers on our systems and tools, empowering them to get the most out of our solutions.
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales, operations, and other departments to route and resolve general inquiries.
- Interact with numerous internal departments to obtain information and complete research necessary for customer inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a desire to grow and develop your skills.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
- Three to five years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent follow-through and follow-up skills, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a digital transformation environment, with a focus on customer experience and digital solutions.
- Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and products, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer challenges.
Work Environment
* Most of your time will be spent sitting at a computer, working in a climate-controlled environment with moderate noise levels and vibrations.
- Willingness to work in a safety-sensitive area, with the requirement to wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) as needed.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, and lowering of up to 15 lbs.
Travel Requirements
* Travel required – 50% of the time, with opportunities to visit customers and attend industry events.
