Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries: Carefully respond to all customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service through active listening
• Providing Excellent Customer Service: Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
• Communicating with Customers: Appropriately communicate with customers, providing clear and concise information to resolve their queries

• Proficiency in Spanish and English: Communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
• 6 Months Customer Service Experience: Develop your skills and knowledge in a customer-facing role
• Over 18 Years of Age: Meet the minimum age requirement for this role
• Ability to Type 25 WPM: Meet the typing speed requirement for this role
• High School Graduate or GED: Meet the minimum educational requirement for this role
• Comfort with Desktop Computer System: Familiarity with desktop computer systems and software
• Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
• Logical Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze and resolve customer issues in a logical and methodical way
• Availability to Work Various Shifts: Be flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows operating systems and software
• Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: Effectively manage your workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
