Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics team at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights that inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business initiatives and decision-making processes.

• Respond to key business questions and provide expert knowledge on various business streams, including D+ and Hulu, to improve the customer experience and increase conversions.
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products.
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Apply statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.

• 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an analytics and data science space, with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with large datasets.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: from unclear requirements to a compelling story, accessible to diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners.
• Ability to present to senior leadership.

Good TO-HAVES

* Master's degree in a quantitative field.

• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, join channels, and business spaces.
• Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management.
• Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience.
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Humor and creativity.
• Unique interests or areas of expertise that impact the way you interact with others and approach your work.
