Job Responsibilities:
As a Remote Inside Sales / Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling sales calls and converting them into scheduled cleaning services, constantly striving to meet weekly sales targets
- Building and maintaining sales funnels to maximize conversion rates
- Overseeing initial cleanings to ensure smooth operations
- Following up with clients post-cleaning to convert one-time clients into repeat customers, resolving any issues with top-notch customer service
- Ensuring client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication
- Conducting digital marketing projects to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates
- Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics
- Supporting the Employee Engagement Manager when needed
- Embracing the integration of AI technology into our sales and marketing processes
- Working full time on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 6:30am to 3pm, US CST time, with Thursdays and Sundays off
