About the Role:

arenaflex is expanding our customer operations, and we're seeking Experienced Customer Service Associates (CSA) to join our team! As a CSA, you'll be responsible for creating a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers. You'll facilitate intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate intake calls and requests for language services, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers

  • Achieve satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
  • Provide exceptional client service experiences, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Log and track both calls and requests while servicing clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Address opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients, driving customer loyalty and retention

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong customer service skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others
  • Experience with call center software and scheduling tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Very good verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reliable and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual (preferably in a non-Spanish language), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages

  • Experience in the language/translation industry, with a strong understanding of language services and cultural nuances
