Our Disability Access Service (DAS) program is designed to provide Guests with disabilities with a more enjoyable and accessible experience, and we're seeking a talented and compassionate individual to join our team as a Video Chat Specialist.

Job Summary

As a Disability Access Service Video Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional Guest Service and support to Guests with disabilities through our Video Chat platform. You'll work closely with Guests to understand their accessibility needs and provide personalized support to ensure a seamless experience. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding Guest Service.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional Guest Service and support to Guests with disabilities through our Video Chat platform

  • Assist Guests with registering for the Disability Access Service and provide personalized support to ensure a seamless experience
  • Use your technical skills to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with Guests to understand their accessibility needs and provide recommendations for services and accommodations
  • Work closely with our Guest Service team to ensure that Guests receive the highest level of service and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards for Guest Service and support

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer service or contact center environment, with a focus on sales and service

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Guests and team members
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Guests with disabilities or in a similar role

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including Disney property, products, and services
  • Experience with video conferencing platforms and software
  • Certification in Guest Service or a related field

Skills and Competencies
