Experienced HR Shared Services Representative – Workday HCM and Talent Management

We're now seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Representative to join our team, working from home and playing a critical role in the HR Shared Services function. As the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, you'll be the go-to person for preliminary requests, fulfillment, and resolution of employee issues in a timely manner. You'll collaborate with our local and global skills groups to provide accurate and efficient support, leveraging Workday transactions and data input & accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
- Assisting with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work
- Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization
- Creating, writing, and maintaining our HR knowledge base for employees
- Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
- Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool
- Demonstrated experience with Mass Uploads (EIB)
- Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong interest in technology and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex problems
- A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus
- Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus
