Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and virtual Zoom appointments. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Contacting our list of clients to fulfill their requests, schedule their follow-up virtual Zoom appointments, and provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual Zoom appointments, and resolving customer inquiries, issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies to our clients.
• Processing forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
• Updating customer information in our database and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and support.
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and staying informed about the latest industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients.
• Contributing to improving customer service processes by sharing relevant insights and ideas to enhance our services and support.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need:
