Experienced Remote LTC Data Entry Technician – Long-Term Care Pharmacy Operations

Working Hours and Location
As a Remote LTC Data Entry Technician, you'll work a standard schedule of 11:00am-7:30pm EST, with rotating weekends and holidays. To be eligible for this role, you must currently reside in one of the following states where arenaflex is licensed: Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Florida, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, or Ohio.
Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Triaging calls and assisting callers in a timely and professional manner
- Contacting physician's offices as needed for refill authorization
- Verifying client orders and processing new and refill prescriptions
- Opening orders, verifying eligibility, and inputting prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Documenting correspondence and follow-up in our system
- Preparing audit sheets and providing feedback to your manager
- Forwarding incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for resolution and tracking status in the system
- Initiating and documenting correspondence and follow-up in our system
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering incoming calls promptly, and resolving issues efficiently
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
- Long-term care pharmacy experience, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations
- Experience with frameworks and Docutrack, with a proven track record of maintaining productivity and quality standards
