The Role

As a Junior Tech Support Specialist on our 24/7 live-chat team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch technical support to our clients and their end-users. You'll work closely with our technical team, software technicians, and developers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring that our clients' mobile and online banking solutions are always running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

* In-depth understanding of arenaflex's banking software and apps: You'll need to have a solid grasp of our products and services, including their features, functionality, and technical requirements.

  • Collaboration with technical teams: You'll work closely with our software technicians, technical support, and developers to resolve technical issues, share knowledge, and improve our processes.
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution: You'll use your analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues, working with technical logs and other tools to diagnose and fix problems.
  • Communication and customer service: You'll provide exceptional customer service, communicating technical information to end-users in a clear and concise manner.
  • Process improvement: You'll work with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance our technical support processes.

Requirements

* Excellent written and spoken English: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with our clients and their end-users, both in writing and in person.

  • Strong customer service skills: You'll need to be able to build rapport with our clients and their end-users, providing a high level of service and support.
  • Solid troubleshooting ability: You'll need to be able to analyze technical issues and resolve them efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to learn technical skills quickly: You'll need to be able to learn new technical skills and concepts quickly, with a strong desire to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
  • In-depth learning and understanding of arenaflex's mobile and online banking products: You'll need to have a solid understanding of our products and services, including their features, functionality, and technical requirements.
  • Coordination with developers: You'll need to be able to work with our developers to investigate and diagnose technical issues.
  • Ability to manage a dynamic workload: You'll need to be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in banking live-chat: While not essential, experience in banking live-chat would be a huge asset, as would experience in technical support.

  • Experience with Dialogflow: Familiarity with Dialogflow would be beneficial, as would experience with various mobile phone platforms, especially iOS and Android.
  • Project management experience: Experience in project management would be an added bonus, as would experience working directly with US-based customers.
  • Knowledge of US banking systems: Familiarity with US banking systems would be beneficial, as would knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
