Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Extracting and generating detailed reports from SAP, iVend, Lightspeed, and other ERP systems to provide actionable insights and optimize inventory management.
• Comparing sales orders against purchase orders to identify gaps and opportunities for efficient purchasing.
• Analyzing data from multiple store locations to identify top-selling inventory and recommend restocking strategies.
• Reviewing underperforming inventory in stores and providing actionable insights for creating discounts or promotional deals.
• Collaborating with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and historical data.
• Categorizing and analyzing Vape and Smoke shop inventory to identify emerging product trends and recommend future purchases.
• Creating dashboards and visualizations in Excel or other tools to present data insights effectively.
• Maintaining accuracy and integrity of data by regularly auditing reports and ERP data entries.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will need to possess:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the retail or Vape and Smoke shop industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, iVend, and Lightspeed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent understanding of inventory management and sales data analysis.
• Ability to identify and predict market trends specific to the Vape and Smoke shop industry.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

• Salary: $32,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year.
• Benefits:
