Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate and complete information to meet their expectations
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure seamless customer experience
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
* 0-5 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customer personalities
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate and complete information
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
