Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve routine problems and questions regarding arenaflex's products and services
  • Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in arenaflex's CRM system

Requirements

* Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Availability: Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Work Environment: Quiet, distraction-free environment in your home with high-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, eagerness to learn new technologies, and strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Residency: Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service role in a call center or retail environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
