Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Receptionist and Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Managing and responding to incoming calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Entering data accurately and efficiently into our systems
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and adhering to them at all times
  • Performing other duties as designated by management

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience is required, as we're happy to train the right candidate

  • Ability to work within recognized turnaround times and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional social skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to organize simultaneous tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both individually and within a group environment
  • Ability to stay organized, follow guidelines, and multitask in a professional and effective manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role or data entry position

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other administrative tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
