Key Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience
- Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely updates
- Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
- Partnering with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
- Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices

What You'll Need:
To be a successful Customer Care Associate, you'll need:
- The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
- Reliable internet connection
- Reliable Windows PC with 8GB RAM
