Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, using time management skills and organizational tools
- Proficient computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and use CRM software and other tools
