Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our remote work from home team. As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing solutions to customer problems, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds, and provide solutions to their problems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, using problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Provide information about products and services, and make recommendations to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products to customers, using sales skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, using CRM software and other tools
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals, and participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer needs and business requirements

Requirements:

* Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, using time management skills and organizational tools
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and use CRM software and other tools
  • Home office setup with a reliable internet connection, and a quiet and distraction-free workspace
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
