A Day in the Life
As a Software Development Engineer on our CET team, you'll collaborate with senior software engineers to enhance our technology and design, while developing innovative services that enable our organization to launch customer service chat, voice, and help product features. You'll work closely with business partners and leadership to shape the product vision, take the lead in designing robust systems, and contribute to the global expansion of our services.
Key Responsibilities

- Implement instrumentation to monitor metrics and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Develop solutions that leverage next-generation engineering and machine learning systems
- Harness the power of Generative AI (GenAI) for enhanced issue understanding and automated resolutions
- Design guided workflows to deliver an unparalleled customer service experience
About the Team
Our CET team is a cross-functional team that owns a centralized platform to provide a one-stop shop for enabling interactive text/voice/touch customer service solutions. Our platform leverages state-of-the-art technologies to power seamless end-to-end interactive experiences. We're passionate about streamlining development efforts, reducing redundancies, and empowering efficient creation of cutting-edge interactive customer service experiences across arenaflex's product verticals.
Basic Qualifications
* 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

* Competitive base pay ranging from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market
