The Role:

As a Customer Relationship Advocate at arenaflex, you will be part of a collaborative and inclusive team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, resolving client inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to effectively assist clients with their needs
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and expertise in customer service, sales, and industry-specific knowledge
  • Embracing arenaflex's values of honesty, integrity, and customer-centricity to drive business growth and success

What to Expect:

As a new CRA, you will embark on a comprehensive journey that includes: 1.

Licensing Preparation:

arenaflex will sponsor your preparation for and attainment of industry-recognized licenses, including the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 exams. This includes paid study time, access to valuable resources, and coaching to ensure your success. 2.

Skill Development:

You will develop and refine your skills in customer service, sales, and industry-specific knowledge through ongoing training and development programs. 3.

Proficiency:

As you gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, you will explore new career paths through job shadowing, mentorship, and career development opportunities.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:

* Aptitude and dedication to complete the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 exams through arenaflex's industry-leading licensing program

  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and dedication to studying and applying new concepts, learning quickly, and retaining information to assist with decision-making
  • A passion for connection and desire to establish rapport with customers by facilitating meaningful conversations that are resolution-oriented and efficient
  • Ability to handle different types of situations, emotions, and conversations driving towards suitable resolutions
  • A desire for growth and a mindset that generates long-term success through adaptability and personal accountability
  • Exceptional critical and analytical problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to interpret a scenario, leverage resources, and find an appropriate resolution
  • Comfortable learning new technology or proprietary platforms and confident navigating multiple systems simultaneously

Work Environment:

arenaflex's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most roles listed as Hybrid will require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a arenaflex office. This does not apply to roles listed as Remote or Onsite.
