Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company databases. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering data provided by customers: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer data into our database system.
• Verifying data from various sources: You'll verify data from multiple sources to ensure its accuracy and completeness before entering it into the database.
• Creating spreadsheets and entering figures correctly: You'll create spreadsheets and enter figures correctly to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Maintaining and updating databases on a timely basis: You'll ensure that our databases are up-to-date and accurate by maintaining and updating them on a regular basis.
• Ensuring data preservation: You'll take regular backups to ensure data preservation and prevent loss.
• Retrieving data from the database: You'll retrieve data from the database as and when required to support business operations.
• Filing physical copies of data: You'll maintain physical copies of data in a secure and organized manner.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent typing skills: You'll need to be a fast and accurate typist with a minimum of 60 words per minute.
