This hybrid--office primary--role offers an exciting opportunity to conceptualize and execute compelling visual stories that resonate across multiple channels. *Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities:* * Develop and implement innovative graphic concepts consistent with brand identity and creative vision. * Manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating with external partners as necessary. * Support photoshoots through planning, reference gathering, and on-set creative direction. * Design across digital platforms, print materials, retail displays, packaging, and experiential environments. * Lead typography-centered compositions, ensuring effective hierarchy and visual balance. *Senior Graphic Designer Qualifications:* * Over 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, or outdoor brands. * A strong portfolio showcasing conceptualization, storytelling, and cross-channel execution. * Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; motion/video skills are advantageous. * Experience with photography planning and post-production. * Deep understanding of digital best practices, print production, and current design trends. * Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of leading projects independently. * Authentic engagement with outdoor, travel, or adventure brand values. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
