Job description: Founding Team – CPG Founder / Operator Blubub | Los Angeles / Hybrid We’re building Blubub — a children’s wellness and bath culture brand focused on creating rituals, not just products. We see Blubub less as a single product and more as a children-first care ecosystem built around sensory experience, routines, emotional connection, refill systems, and thoughtful product design for both kids and parents. The first product is a patent-pending modular dispenser system, but the larger vision extends into a broader category across kids wellness, bath, and daily rituals. We already have strong foundations across engineering, industrial/product design, and branding, and we’re currently assembling a small founding team around commercialization, formulation, fundraising readiness, and go-to-market execution. ⸻ What we’re looking for We’re especially interested in people who have previously built, scaled, commercialized, raised for, or exited consumer product companies and understand the realities of early-stage brand building. This is not a traditional functional role. We’re looking for founder-minded operators who are comfortable helping shape the company across commercialization, manufacturing, fundraising readiness, retail strategy, and early-stage growth. Ideal candidates are comfortable operating in ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and helping move a strong concept and product foundation into a real market-ready business. ⸻ Ideal background
- Experience building, operating, scaling, or commercializing consumer product or CPG brands
- Founder, operator, startup, or early-stage company experience strongly preferred
- Experience across areas like:
- manufacturing
- retail
- DTC/ecommerce
- supply chain
- commercialization
- fundraising or investor exposure
- formulation or personal care/wellness products
- Strong understanding of how consumer brands move from concept into market
- Existing relationships across retail, manufacturing, formulation, or distribution are a plus
- Experience within kids, wellness, beauty, personal care, or consumer products is highly valued
