Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Data Entry and Management: Inputting, updating, and verifying data into company systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Data Discrepancy Resolution: Reviewing and correcting data discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, and communicating effectively with team members to resolve data-related issues.
  • Data Integrity: Ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and maintaining high standards of quality in all data-related tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with team members to resolve data-related issues, and providing support and guidance as needed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Data Entry Experience: Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and responsiveness are necessary for effective collaboration with team members.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is required.
