Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient experiences, resolving inquiries, and maintaining positive patient relations. Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing service to patients in a professional and courteous manner * Communicating effectively and concisely with patients, both verbally and in writing * Learning and understanding the operation of our ETM software * Understanding and navigating billing and account operations * Answering and documenting all telephone inquiries * Researching and resolving problems with patients' bills * Updating patients' insurance coverage as needed * Printing courtesy claims and itemized statements * Rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information * Arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed * Performing other duties and assignments as requested Essential Qualifications and Experience To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Strong communication skills, both oral and written * The ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously * Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Preferred Qualifications and Experience While not required, candidates with experience in retail and restaurant service are strongly encouraged to apply. Your experience in customer-facing roles will serve you well in this position, as you'll be interacting with patients and resolving their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
