The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Chat Billing Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our web-based chat platform. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with billing and payment questions, rate and fee inquiries, order processing, account updates, and subscriber complaints. Your expertise in communication, problem-solving, and customer service will enable you to resolve complex issues and provide personalized solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through our web-based chat platform, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize your knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex policies, procedures, and products to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, arenaflex products, and customer service best practices
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

What You'll Bring to arenaflex
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish
- Experience: 1+ year previous customer service experience; experience in cable or telecommunications call centers
- Technical Skills: MS Office and personal computer skills
