Responsibilities

As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative-Remote (Night Shift) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service support through inbound and outbound calls, online interactions, and email correspondence
  • Resolving routine technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution
  • Maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including their features, benefits, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Offering additional products and/or services to customers, while ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Delivering expert customer experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide

  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Be an amazing problem-solver
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Deliver expert customer experiences

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues and providing expert support
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work arrangements
  • Technical support experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer science
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using desktop and laptop computers
  • A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing, work computer may be provided depending on the position offered
  • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred, with a strong understanding of mobile devices and operating systems
