Responsibilities
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative-Remote (Night Shift) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service support through inbound and outbound calls, online interactions, and email correspondence
- Resolving routine technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution
- Maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including their features, benefits, and troubleshooting procedures
- Offering additional products and/or services to customers, while ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
- Delivering expert customer experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Be an amazing problem-solver
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
- Offer additional products and/or services
- Deliver expert customer experiences
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues and providing expert support
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work arrangements
- Technical support experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer science
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using desktop and laptop computers
- A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing, work computer may be provided depending on the position offered
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred, with a strong understanding of mobile devices and operating systems
