The Challenge

Our CDP is a critical component of our technology transformation, enabling a single view of our customers and empowering operational and analytical use cases across sales, claims, servicing, marketing, and fraud prevention. However, we need a seasoned expert to lead the charge and unblock our customers, designers, and engineers from the complexities of data integration and analysis. The Opportunity

As our Principal Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our CDP. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand use cases and segmentation needs, develop a comprehensive implementation strategy, and identify new data sources to onboard to the CDP. You'll also be responsible for evolving our identity resolution models, building and running queries, and creating accurate user stories for both the business and data teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Product Management, Servicing, Sales, Fraud, Marketing, and UX teams to understand use cases and segmentation needs

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate those needs into user stories for Data & Analytics, technical, and engineering teams
  • Help develop a comprehensive CDP implementation strategy aligned with overall product and customer success goals
  • Identify new data sources and onboard existing data sources to the CDP
  • Evolve our identity resolution models (deterministic and probabilistic)
  • Build and run queries to answer questions and build segment and build solutions for users of CDP to be able to self-serve
  • Be the CDP subject matter expert, gathering information to create accurate, informative, and resonant user stories for both the business and the data team
  • Deeply understand customer needs to define priorities, inspire the broader team, and deliver best-in-class experiences and enabling capabilities
  • Help build the product roadmap, define user stories, and drive trade-off decisions
  • Identify new products and features on behalf of the customer, leading 1-2 scrum teams to align on mission and deliver great results iteratively
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to measure results, inform the roadmap, and achieve benefit, adoption, and financial results
  • Collaborate with Sr PMs, Analytics, Engineering, and Business Leaders to drive scalable data solutions
  • Present effectively to high-level stakeholders, set clear priorities and direction, and build bridges across groups
  • Own the product end-to-end by developing business models, defining and analyzing success metrics, and managing strategic projects
  • Champion and educate product managers and lines of businesses on what the arenaflex CDP can do for their business

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and related experience with 7+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager

  • 4+ years of experience managing Customer Data Platforms
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in an iterative development environment
  • 4+ years of experience on a CDP, Reverse ETL, Data Warehouse, or Integration-as-a-Service product
  • Alignment-building expertise - you listen, understand, and influence at a near-executive level
  • Fluency with concepts like unique identifier, API, ETL, etc.
  • Data proficiency - you can source, analyze, and present quantitative and qualitative data
  • Excellent writing skills - you write clearly and concisely, favoring plain language over jargon
  • Initiative - you take ownership of problems when next steps aren't clear

Preferred Qualifications

* Insurance industry experience is a plus

  • An Engineering background is a plus

What We Offer

* Annual Salary: $128,000.00 - $224,000.00
