Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and video conferencing, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceeding customer satisfaction metrics
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products or services, addressing customer concerns and queries with empathy and professionalism
- Assisting customers with their benefit packages, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions

Qualifications:
