Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and licensed customer service representative to join our team and support one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customer's insurance policies. You'll assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications. You'll also have the opportunity to grow within the company and develop a career in insurance.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies

  • Assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications
  • Process policy changes, cancellations, and renewals
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid Texas driver's license
  • Must be able to pass a background check and credit check
  • Must be able to work in a remote setting with minimal distractions
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
  • Must have a high-speed internet connection (5 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload)

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Experience working in the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
