The Role

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues
  • Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers
  • Working as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed
  • Help customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assist service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues with customers and service providers
  • Work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and service providers
  • Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern
  • Ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous
  • Ability to track multiple issues at the same time and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions and provide technical support to customers and service providers
  • Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with software troubleshooting and technical support
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment, utilizing technology to communicate and collaborate with team members

Compensation and Benefits
