Responsibilities
As a Live Chat and Tele Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate support
- Building and maintaining positive client relationships through personalized support, addressing their concerns and needs in a compassionate and empathetic manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues to ensure a seamless experience for clients, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems efficiently
- Providing accurate information about services, pricing, and policies, ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of our offerings

Requirements
