Job Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in handling customer inquiries and issues
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Acknowledging and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Obtaining product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide accurate information
- Processing orders, forms, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements
* Minimum of 3-5 years of professional customer service experience
- Ability to work Friday evenings 5-9pm, Saturdays 10-4pm, and Sundays 10-4pm
- Experience level: 2 years
- Salary: $21 - $24 an hour
